Details: Saunaboy is the moniker I've chosen as it describes a passion of mine, the sauna. I've been a sauna goer since childhood, strong believer in its therapeutic benefits. Like good writing a sauna focuses the mind, eliminating all transient noise. Very much like meditation it connects you with yourself and opens synapses to new directions.
